RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and personal care reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must remain unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
